Computer Security?
Computer Security অথবা কম্পিউটার এর নিরাপত্তা হল কম্পিউটার বিজ্ঞান এর একটি শাখা যা কম্পিউটার ও নেটওয়ার্ক এর উপর প্রয়োগ করা হয়। Computer Security মূল উদ্দেশ্য হল কম্পিউটার এর তথ্য চুরি,নষ্ট অথবা বিনা অনুমতিতে Computer এ প্রবেশ থেকে কম্পিউটারকে রক্ষা করা।
Security Threats?
Computer এর নিরাপত্তা দেয়ার জন্য আমাদের প্রথম জানতে হবে কোন Application গুলো Computer এর জন্য ক্ষতিকর এবং কিভাবে Computer এর security নষ্ট হতে পারে। নিচে কয়েকটির বিবরন দেয়া হলঃ
1. Adware

আমরা Computer এ যখন বিভিন্ন প্রকার Application এ কাজ করি তখন বিভিন্ন ধরনের বিজ্ঞাপন দেখা যায় । যেমন : Free Offer, Buy Now ইত্যাদি। Adware সচরাচর কোন খারাপ জিনিস নয়। কিন্তু কিছু কিছু বিজ্ঞাপনের ওপর Click করা মাত্র Malicious Software আপনার অজান্তেই আপনার Computer এ Install হয়। Computer Slow করা সহ সবসময় information pass করতে থাকে। এই program গুলো uninstall করাও অনেক কষ্টকর ব্যাপার । তাই Internet Use করার সময় এই Adware সম্পর্কে সর্তক থাকতে হবে।
1. Backdoor

Backdoor হল এমন একটি program যা আপনার Computer এ Install হয়ে আপনার অনুমতি না নিয়ে অন্য user কে আপনার Computer এ প্রবেশ করার পরিবেশ তৈরি করে দেয়। |
Backdoor অনন্যা প্রয়োজনীয় Software এর মত নিজেকে প্রদর্শন করে এবং নিজেকে Computer startup এ সংযুক্ত করে নেয়। Computer যখন internet এর সাথে connect হয় তখন যে কেউ PC তে প্রবেশ করে File modify, copy বা নষ্ট করে দিতে পারে। তাই আপনার Computer কে Backdoor মুক্ত রাখার জন্য Antivirus Software রাখতে হবে এবং Antivirus Software টি up to date থাকতে হবে আথবা Firewall ব্যবহার করে এই Program এর প্রবেশ বন্ধ রাখতে হবে।

Bluetooth Enable Device এর মাধ্যমে এক device থেকে অন্য device এ নামবিহীন আপ্রয়জনীয় message send করে। আপনার মোবাইল যদি Bluetooth থাকে এবং সবসময় Bluetooth on রাখেন তাহলে অনেক Software আছে যা দিয়ে আপনার Mobile বা Laptop এ সহজে প্রবেশ করে আপনার Mobile এর Contact Numbers এবং প্রজনীয় তথ্য চুরি করে নিয়ে যেতে পারে। তাই আপনার Mobile বা Laptop এ Bluetooth এর কাজ শেষ হওয়া মাত্র Bluetooth Off করে দিবেন। 4. Computer Virus: এটা হল ক্ষতিকর program যা ভাল program বা File এর সাথে যুক্ত হয়ে এক Computer থেকে অন্য computer এ ছড়িয়ে পরে। আর একটি বিষয় মনে রাখতে হবে যে Virus নিজে নিজে সচল হতে পারে না। যেমনঃ Drive এর উপর double click করার পর Drive show না করা। User যখন Drive এর উপর Click করেছে তখন এই Virus সচল হয়েছে।  5. Worm: Worm এর আচরণ অনেকটা Virus এর মতই কিন্তু পার্থক্য হল যে এটা নিজেই নিজেকে তৈরি করে এবং এক কম্পিউটার থেকে অন্য কম্পিউটার এই ক্ষতিকর program ছড়িয়ে দেয়। যেমনঃ New Folder . একটা Folder এর উপর click করলে New Folder show করে, আবার সেই New Folder এ click করলে আরেকটা New Folder Show করে কিন্তু original File Show করে না। বর্তমানে অনেক Antivirus Software আছে যা ব্যবহার করে এই সব ক্ষতিকর Program Detect করা যায়। |
Computer Security কেন আমাদের জন্য গুরুত্বপূর্ণ ?
বাংলাদেশের জন্য Computer Security অনেক বড় ব্যাপার হয়ে দাঁড়িয়েছে । কারন কম্পিউটার user আগের তুলনায় অনেক বেড়েছে। তারা তাদের প্রয়োজনীয় তথ্য রাখতে কম্পিউটার ব্যবহার করছে। ইতিমধ্যে আমাদের দেশে online banking , online shopping শুরু হয়ে গেছে। তাই এখন থেকে যদি Computer Security সম্পর্কে সতর্ক না থাকি
তাহলে আমাদেরকে অনেক বড় বিপদের মুখোমুখি হতে হবে।
Computer Secure রাখার জন্য কিছু Tips:
Pendrive: আপনার Computer virus মুক্ত রাখার জন্য pendrive use করার ব্যাপারে সতর্ক থাকতে হবে। কারন সাধারন user দের মধ্যে Pen drive এর মাধ্যমে virus ছড়ায়।
তাই আপনার কম্পিউটারএ pendrive use করার আগে অবশ্যই Virus Scanner এর মাধ্যমে Scan করে নিবেন।
User Password: Computer Secure রাখার জন্য ইউজাররের password খুব Important একটা ব্যাপার। Computer এ Strong Password রাখতে হবে। Strong Password বলতে abcd123$# এর সমন্বয়কে বুঝায়। আপণার Computer Password কারো সাথে Share করবেন না। Computer Password নিয়মিত ভাবে Change করবেন।
Internet থেকে কোন কিছু Download: Internet থেকে কোন কিছু Download করার ক্ষেত্রে পরিচিত site বেছে নিতে হবে।
Computer ব্যবহার করার ক্ষেত্রে আরও কিছু বিষয় মাথায় রাখতে হবে সেগুলো হলঃ
ü Antivirus এ Automatic Update Off রাখা।
ü Internet এ না জেনে কোন Site এ প্রবেশ না করা।
